How we work

Five steps.
Zero surprises.

Same prep, same Sherwin-Williams Pro paint, same crew on every job — whether you're painting a guest bedroom or a 4,500 sq ft home from floorplan to fixtures. Here's exactly what happens.

How we work

Five steps,
zero surprises.

  1. 01

    Free walk-through

Reginaldo walks every room (or every elevation) with you. Forty-five minutes for an interior, an hour for an exterior. Notes on color, finish, trim, surface condition, access, hours of operation. No high-pressure pitch, no "sign today" gimmicks.

  2. 02

    Color & paint pick

We bring real Sherwin-Williams swatches and stage them on your wall in your light. Spectrophotometer in the truck for color-matching designer specs or lost paint samples. Sample boards for custom finishes left in your space for 24 hours.

  3. 03

Prep the way prep should be done

Furniture moved, floors covered with rosin paper. Patch every nail hole, caulk every gap, sand smooth, spot-prime every repair. Exterior soft-wash, hand-scrape any loose paint, prime bare wood. We don't paint over flaking paint. Ever.

  4. 04

    Two-coat application

Always two coats of Sherwin-Williams Pro line — ProClassic for trim, Cashmere for ceilings, Emerald for exteriors. Never one heavy coat to save time. Trim and doors cut in by hand. Daily cleanup, site swept before crew leaves each day.

  5. 05

    Final walk-through + lifetime warranty

We walk every wall with you in daylight before asking for final payment. Any touch-ups handled on the spot. Lifetime workmanship warranty in writing. If a wall peels, cracks, or shows a brush mark a year from now, we come back and fix it free.

What's non-negotiable

Seven things we do
every single time.

We've been on Lowcountry homes for 18 years. The only reason clients call us back is for the next room — never the same one. Here's the standard checklist.

  • Sherwin-Williams Pro line on every wall — never builder-grade
  • Two coats minimum on every surface, always
  • Spot-prime every patch + every bare spot before color
  • Hand-brush trim, doors, and ceilings — no spray shortcuts on detail work
  • Rosin paper floor protection, not the cheap plastic that tears
  • Background-checked W-2 painters — no day labor
  • Lifetime workmanship warranty signed in writing at final walk-through
